After Katherine completed her sports science degree (2:1) she then trained to be a level 3 certified personal trainer. she has since completed an MSc in health promotion/public health and OCN level 2 community nutritionist.
Katherine specialises in entry level and novice triathlon coaching as well as a children and young people.
However, also loves work with more experienced athletes too.
Her approach focuses on positive behaviour change that is motivating, empowering and client centred.
She believes Pembrokeshire is the perfect playing field for triathlon training as it offers the key ingredients; varied and challenging terrain, the sea for open water swimming and the coast path for strength improving runs!
