Stall Holders and Food Traders - Set Up Information

Stall Holders - Extra Info:

We do not support single use plastic for anything (so please no plastic bags, plastic kids toys etc) We love stalls that recycle or use items from nature.

We love items that are surprising and unique. If you feel this could be you and your offering - please complete the Application form. The stalls are taken up really quickly so we would encourage you to apply early.

Please note - all fees must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice and are not refundable.

You will need to set up the stall between 1pm and 6pm on Thursday 21st May 2020 and breakdown is from 1pm on Monday 25th May.

We have night security on duty from the 21st May 2020 .

The fee includes:

  •  2 wristbands for you and one other staff with us for the duration   (Extra staff bands are available when you book the stall - see application form.)
  • Camping With Tents on our campsite from Thursday 21st May - Monday 25th May
  • Parking in the Trade Car Park 
  • VAT

Trading Times are from 10.00am till 6pm daily (except Monday when vehicles are allowed back on site for breakdown after 1pm) 

NB Campervans/Live In vehicles and Electric Hook ups are available but these are an additional cost in 2020 and need to be booked on our Ticket Page. Electric Hook ups are limited, so we would encourage you to book early.

Food Traders - Extra Info 

Trade set up is on Thursday 21st May 2020 between 1pm and 6pm and breakdown from last brunch/lunch service Monday 25th May 2020. Our guests arrive before Lunch on Friday 22nd May and are up and about from 6am daily and still nibbling at 11pm.  You may like to offer service from Breakfasts to Last orders
First serve is Brunchtime/ Lunchtime Friday 22nd May with guests departing after a final brunch/lunch on Monday 25th May. 

We have night security from Thursday 21st May.

Your Fee covers :

  • up to 4 staff to allow for rotas through the weekend - more staff passes can be purchased if you think you will need more than this.
  • Camping on our Festival Campsite
  • Parking in the Trade Car Park
  • VAT

If you are bringing any Youth (6-17) their passes can be purchased in the normal way via our Website - be sure to ask for Staff Discounts before purchase!
