We're busy as bees, pulling everything together for The Big Retreat Wales - the first Festival of it's kind in Wales, dedicated to wellness of mind, body and soul.  

Our full timetable will be released in May -- but here's an idea of what one of your days could look like...

07.00 - Fresh breakfast made using locally sourced produce  
08.00 - Vinyasa Flow 
09.00 - HIIT workout
10.00 - Freshly made juice boost 
10.30 - Foraging walk around the local woodland
12.00 - Chilled lunch (Chorizo bean stew or maybe crab sandwiches) overlooking the estuary
13.00 - Spoon carving workshop (while sipping on a freshly ground coffee)
14.00 - Hatha Yoga
15.00 - Kung Fu workshop
16.00 - Relaxing massage
17.30 - Gin workshop
18.30 - Wood fired pizza around the fire pits 
19.00 - Live music under the stars from folks including Climbing Trees, Jodie Marie, Caroline Harrison Lowrie Evans & Lee Mason
23.00 - Lazily stroll back to the tent for a restful sleep 

Phew!  Good job we'll be putting some hammocks up....

You can pick and choose the activities you join in with - this is just an example of some of the activities we have running all weekend. So much to choose from - stay for the whole weekend to experience a bit of everything!
