We have been busy bees the last 10 months, planning this year’s festival.. and getting very excited about this year’s line up

06.30 – Rise early for some Hatha Yoga with Yogachariya Jnandev Giri
08.00 – Grab a Fresh Juice from the Raw Food Guy before heading to join Kim Ingleby for a Mindset and Movement Session – Run Strong
09.00 - You’ve earned a delicious breakfast at The Renegade Kitchen
10.00 - Relax and enjoy some laughs with Comedian Dr Ahmed Kazmi at the main stage
11.00 – Head to the Cookery Tent to learn about gut health with Jenny Tschische
12.30 – Take a chilled lunch at The Mini Peppercorn and take in the views
13.30 – Back to the stunning Castle Terrace for a spoon carving workshop (while sipping on a freshly ground coffee from Mr Bean)
14.00 – Head down the Snail Creep to the Cleddau River for some Wild Swimming with the guides from Snowdonia Wild Swimming
15.30 Reheat your cockles with a steamy hot tub overlooking the river
17.00 – Off to the Talk Tent to join Matt Johnson and Ben Bidwell live in conversation, powered by Ceders Alt Gin!!
18.00 – Learn “hands on” style with a Gin workshop
19.30 – Time for a tasty wood fired pizza around the fire pits listening to some live music
21.00 – One last session of “Clubbercise” in the Fitness Tent, maybe?
22.00 –Back to the bar and listening to some fab tunes from Rusty Shackle on the Main Stage
0000 Time for Bed, some deep sleep and exciting dreams!
