Are you Nuts about Nuts?

Were so excited that Zoe of Butter Belle will be joining us at next year’s festival! 🙌🎉 with a demo in the Cookery Tent and selling fabulous nut & seed butters - what better way to boost your energy for that next workout!

So who are Butter Belle?

"We are one of very few artisan nut & seed butter brands who make all our products ourselves, in our own production space, here in the UK. This enables us to experiment, be creative and bring you new and interesting flavours when you want them. More importantly it means that every single ingredient we use has to pass our own stringent quality checks before it reaches the products that we put our name to. We roast all of our nuts and seeds ourselves, to ensure that the quality and freshness is preserved. By continuing to produce our nut butters ourselves we can promise they will always be authentic, completely unique to us and have minimal environmental impact, a premise which has always been at the heart of what we do."

Zoe Harrison, Shropshire's nut alchemist and Entrepreneur in Residence at Harper Adams University is the founder of Butterbelle Nut Butters, recently awarded Best Rural Food Business in the Midlands. Butterbelle produce all natural nut and seed butters using ethically sourced ingredients and package in wholly recyclable and biodegradable materials. Zoe has a background in food science and nutrition and speaks on subjects including plant based nutrition and ethics in the supply chain of nuts.

With wonderful flavours (we're loving chai spiced almond butter!), minimal environmental impact and ethical sourcing and packaging Butter Belle is top of our Nut chart! Excited? 👋👋
